The service
ATX Presence, operated by Cazullo LLC, is a platform where our clients follow their content production, upload footage, review deliveries and connect social accounts so we can publish approved content on their behalf.
Accounts
Your workspace is created by our team as part of your service agreement. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the content we produce for you under your service agreement. You grant us the access needed to produce, store and publish that content. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you send us.
Connected social accounts
Connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account authorizes ATX Presence to publish content to it through Meta’s official APIs. We publish only content produced within your engagement. You can disconnect at any time in the portal, which immediately stops publishing. Your use of Facebook and Instagram remains governed by Meta’s own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe third-party rights, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and safe, but it is provided “as is”, and features may evolve. We will communicate meaningful changes. Fees, deliverables and cancellation terms are defined in your service agreement with Cazullo LLC.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cazullo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
