Data Deletion

Sign in to your portal and open Social accounts, then choose Disconnect. This deletes the stored access tokens immediately and ATX Presence can no longer publish to that account.

You can also remove ATX Presence from inside Meta: on Facebook, Settings → Business Integrations; on Instagram, Settings → Website permissions. Meta notifies us and the connection data is removed automatically.

To request deletion of your full account data (profile, files and production history), message us through the chat in your client portal or contact your account manager. Requests are completed within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
