Privacy Policy

ATX Presence is a content production and social media management service operated by Cazullo LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through the ATX Presence platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your name, business name, email address and phone number, provided when your workspace is created.
• Content and files — footage, images and notes you upload so our team can produce your content, and the finished deliverables we create for you.
• Social account data — when you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we receive the account identifiers, the Page name, the Instagram username and an access token issued by Meta. We request only the permissions needed to publish content you approved.
• Activity records — events inside the platform (uploads, approvals, publications) that keep your production timeline accurate.

• To produce, review and deliver the content you hired us for.
• To publish approved content to the social accounts you connected, and only those.
• To notify you about production progress inside the platform.
• To provide support and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your social accounts for anything other than publishing the content produced for you.

Access tokens for Facebook and Instagram are stored server-side, are never exposed in your browser, and are used exclusively to publish content on your behalf through Meta’s official APIs. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account in your portal (Social accounts page) or by removing ATX Presence in your Facebook or Instagram settings. When access is revoked, stored tokens stop working and are removed.

Uploaded footage and deliverables follow the retention windows shown in the platform. Social connection data is kept while the connection is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Data Deletion for the steps. Requests are honored within 30 days.

We share data only with the service providers that run the platform (hosting and cloud storage) and with Meta when publishing to your connected accounts. These providers process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes.

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is restricted to the team members who need it, and privileged operations run only on our servers.
